Lived a block away from it for 10 years and went nearly everyday either on my walking route or to show friends. I would give it 5 stars but frequently you find groups of high school aged hooligans (god I'm old) hanging out there acting like dick monkeys and just generally ruining the sereniocityness of it all, mostly at night. It is a must see though.
